I added support for the missing shading type 4 - 7 dictionaries in revisions
1239776 + 1239777.
As some additional color values maybe passed when setting an uncolored tiling
pattern as color, I extended the SetStrokingPattern/SetNonStrokingPattern to
handle those values in revision 1239781
