Eric Douglas has mentioned on the mailing list that this issue is still present
on Windows. It works fine on my Mac so I assume that the problem is that our
built-in substitute list for ZapfDingbats needs to include one of the fonts
which ships with Windows such as Windings (assume that this is a suitable
substitute).
