Doesn't work for me (Windows 7). However the good news is that "ArialUnicodeMS"
works. So you may want to add or replace it in the list.
Re differences: I'd say that the ZD______.PFB file is still the gold standard,
but Arial Unicode is a mostly OK replacement. The three squares in the
rendering of p6 from annots.pdf have a different size, which results in them
not being in the middle of the boxes in the "new" Arial Unicode rendering.
