gs-bugzilla-693664-AnnotationTest.pdf shows a weakness: Current strikeout code
makes the incorrect assumption that strikeout is horizontal and adds a delta to
the y coordinates. It should calculate the two start coordinates by calculating
the midpoint regardless of orientation.
