So that's it for now, all my work from last year has now been committed.
There's still a lot to do, as indicated by the many //TODOs.
Some was done by looking at what Adobe does, some was done from scratch.
Some parts obviously need more work, e.g. the arrows size / position, see
PDFBOX-2019-Annotations.pdf and compare with Adobe.
For some reason the highlights are very slightly different than in the non
committed code according to the diff tests, maybe this is because of the
different handling of the bbox. In a human test I can't see what is different.
