You're right, that's not optimal, but in the case of PDFBOX-4778 it avoids an
infinite loop which is much worse. The exception is triggered only in very rare
cases where the pdf is totally broken/hardly damaged so that it might not make
any sense to parse/render it at all. For now IMHO it's the best solution. maybe
we find some better in the future.
