[~lehmi] No, that's not the case with the proposed change. All values
previously in commonNameMap are now included in nameMap. And they will never be
removed because the associated COSName instance is bound to the constant
defined in COSName. You can verify that by the output above: even after GC
runs, the 569 instances formerly in commonNameMap are retained.
