Hi, A podling PMC (PMC) is expected to act like a top level project PMC. There are a few minor differences i.e. PPMC votes are not binding on releases, but that is about it. The PMC will set the direction of the project, report quarterly to the IPMC, vote in new committers and PPMC members, look after the project's brand, maintain the project website and social media and create releases for review by the Incubator PMC. On graduation, all existing PPMC members are asked if they want to be on the TLP PMC. If they have not been active in the project, the IPMC may ask for that list to be modified.
