For
`stream-typed/src/test/java/org/apache/pekko/stream/typed/javadsl/CustomGuardianAndMaterializerTest.java`
The tgz has the full file name. And the zip has the full file name.

Works fine on my Mac. Both unzip and untar.

BTW the signing key has my apache.org and yahoo.com email addresses.
Is this a problem? The key is in:

https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/pekko/KEYS

Note the multiple uids.
