I would think so.  I've been compiling bleedperl, mod_perl, and apache from
CVS on a nightly basis for almost a year now.  over that time I've caught a
few changes to bleedperl that have broken mod_perl and reported them.  I
actually stopped this about a month ago because something changed in the
TIEHANDLE interface that broke Apache::Registry and Apache::Constants and I
have not had the time to look into it.
