Ok I will.

James you mentioned that "descending sort order inverts all the bits" But in 
the example I have shown, only the byte relating to "e" is inverted. Padding 
bytes are not inverted. Here
 [-102, 32, 32, 32] - These are element bytes which comes to evaluate method at 
that particular test case.

That is the issue with the test case as the array is ASC and the element 
appended is DESC.
