PHOENIX-6423 could be blocker...?

What happens is that SELECT * queries with mixed default and explicit column
families would return the wrong set of columns.
And in some situation the WHERE clause evaluation would fail.

I'm fine either way.

If 5.1.1 is sunk for any reason, I'd like to get PHOENIX-6421 in. (By itself
it's not enough to sink the release, I think)

+1 (non-binding)

Besides the signature, checksum, and mvn install/verify, I built from the
source and loaded the jar to my local environment. Create table/view/tenant
view, upsert and select queries are working as expected.
