#general
@xiangfu0: ```Hi all, I plan to cut Pinot 0.9.0 release next Tuesday EOD (Nov 9) from current master branch. Please let me know if you have any pending bug fixing/PR/features want to be included. Feel free to discuss this on #pinot-dev channel. Best, Xiang```
@mayanks: Thanks @xiangfu0. cc: @diogo.baeder since you were asking
@diogo.baeder: That's awesome, folks! Any chances to slip in the truncation or synchronous drop-table, for reliable integration tests?
@bobby.richard: How we can see which features will be included in the 0.9 release?
@alihaydar.atil:
@xiangfu0: @alihaydar.atil no, it’s still blocked by the reviewers, have you addressed all the comments there ?
@xiangfu0: @bobby.richard We will provide he changelogs soon, in short, all current commits in master branch after 0.8.0 release will be included.
@bobby.richard: Thanks!
@xiangfu0: you can run `git log release-0.8.0...HEAD --pretty=oneline` to see the list
@xiangfu0: @diogo.baeder do you have any issue or pr associated this? For Table Drop I think the server side work is still async.
@diogo.baeder: @xiangfu0 there's a bunch of tickets related to table truncation, which would be the ideal solution, but for table synchronous dropping there's no ticket yet that I know of, just a bit of conversation with other folks here. Should I raise a ticket for that?
@xiangfu0: yes please @diogo.baeder thanks for point it out.

@jain.arpit6: Hi, I am running a cluster with HDFS as deep store. I can see that segment are pushed to hdfs and there are no error in debug endpoint but when I am running a simple query , it hangs and there is exception on server side. Attached is the stack trace.could you help ?
@mayanks: This is controller side
@mayanks: What’s on the broker and server
@mayanks: Also what do you see on the console? Does the table exist and have segments?

#troubleshooting
@yeongjukang: It seems like “realtime.segment.flush.threshold.time” doesn’t work. I set it as 30m and put some data and waited, but its segment size didn’t increase. My config location is REALTIME > tableIndexConfig > streamConfigs > “realtime.segment.flush.threshold.time”: “30m” <UPDATE> FYI, 1h config works. Is there something like floor value internally?
@adireddijagadesh: @yeongjukang Tried checking the code. TimeUtils working perfectly for both `30m` and `1h` . No issue with internal conversion of time. Issue could be related to other things.
@g.kishore: Do you have any other config?

@atri.sharma: I have an open PR (7684) that I would want merged for 0.9. Can we please hold for that?
@xiangfu0: Sure, @richard892 also mentioned this.
@richard892: we merged the PR we needed to go in, and I thought my changes to jsonpath would get released but I don't know what's happening there now, I would not stall for it
@atri.sharma: My changes for supporting indices on native FST will go in before Tuesday. Let's wait for it
