  @xiangfu0: just a reminder, the inter broker server protocol change is considered as pinot internal, so it may change/upgrade with limit backward compatible support
  @jmeyer: Yes, got it I remember reading about versioning this interface to facilitate modifications with lesser impact on clients (e.g. Presto) - do I remember correctly ?
  @xiangfu0: yes, versioning is there, just client side code needs to process higher version server response. You need to ensure client side upgrade before server or ping the dataTable version in server.
