Someone of us has some file to commit before tagging ?
I haven't ...

Last, I think it would be better to wait few weeks o branch, because most of
fix/changes have to be ported even in 2.1 and other merge operations are
time consuming. And I think none of us has started to work on 2.1 features
other than experiments.
So please wait a little for branch.
