Ah, my bad. I thought it was derived from Throwable/Exception. Nevertheles we 
will end up with english texts and numbers formatted in whatever format the 
non-english locale provides, i.e. "... decimal value (300,2) ..." in germany. 
So I think it there's a point for using the ROOT locale because at least the 
number formatting will be consistent with the text.
