You are also welcome to ask questions on the dev mailing list. We have discussed creating a dedicated user mailing list for these types of inquiries in the future. GitHub Discussions is another option, though I personally do not monitor it as closely. You raise a good point regarding the clarity of where to ask questions. Updating the website could help address this, and I will start a separate thread to discuss that, as well as the ASF Slack and the creation of a user mailing list.
