My 2 cents :
1. *LiveTests are not part of with-assembly profile which is used for release.
Should these be executed while performing a release ?
2. Please we include *.prefs in rat configuration excludes, this is required
for excluding eclipse preferences.
3. Can we also have rat configuration in reporting, as this helps in debugging
for un-approved licenses ?
