Thanks Rahul for reviewing!
1. *LiveTests assume you have cloud provider credentials configured (see
README). I think we should keep that as a separate step because it requires a
credit card.
2. Will do.
3. I will read more about that but I think we can do it in a follow-up issue as
we create a documentation website.
