Hi community, It has been more than three months since the release of 3.1.0. we now have more than 305 commits <https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pulls?q=is%3Apr+milestone%3A3.2.0+is%3Amerged> and 26 PIPs <https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pulls?q=is%3Apr+milestone%3A3.2.0+is%3Amerged+label%3APIP> merged. We'd better prepare for the 3.2.0 release. I would like to cut branch-3.2 in the next week and freeze the code for two weeks. Please leave any ideas or concerns.
