Wrong, it is the name of a CWS.

"a little" is relative. There may be major changes between the versins,
depending on what CWSs get integrated in between....

Again the basic rule is:
You can only expect the issue fixed in the downloaded version if the
issue is closed.

Or to put it the other way round: If the issue is closed but still the
problem occurs in the current developer snapshot, then the issue needs
to be reopened.
