I am Nagashree, QA Engineer from Novell, India testing OpenOffice.
Since December we are triaing and tesing the head build for
OpenOffice.

To follow up has become a major issue as because there is no common way
that we can identify those list that we either triaged or filed.

doesn't work?

this is a little bit more effort if you have more than 10 people.

This is hindering our abilily to work more closely with Sun :(.

It would be eaiser for us to keep track of those bugs and follow up on
the same which we are filing, triaging and on those which our developers
will we working on if we can have a specifc key word something like
"SUSE93".

Setting a keyword requires additional privileges, so this probably won't
help.

So, I would kindly request you to create one new keyword SUSE93 if
possible.

I'm some kind reluctant to interoduct new keywords or target milestones :).
See above. you'd need extra privileges to set the keyword.

Instead I suggest using a dedicated account and put that one in cc of
each issue you filed/triaged.

this might work.

You can then (optinally) "watch" this issue and have every issuezilla
mail sent to that account to yours as well.[1] Or just use a regular
IssueZilla Query for the issues where <account> is in cc.

[1] Edit prefs -> Email setitngs -> Users to watch

please let me know if this suggestion works for you or if we need to find another solution,
