No. Not in this case. He should have added the needmoreinfo keyword, but
as this issue was initially filed as a P1 issue closing it fast is
appropriate. The higher the prio, the lower the response time, the
faster an issue will be rejected if it doesn't contain the necessary
information..

So the only mistake was that he did not add the needmoreinfo keyword.

And again: dvo made clear that he did want another issue filed with
additional information, and not keeping the current one since the
current one already did contain too much unrelated information.

No. IMHO LATER  & REMIND should be removed from issuezilla as this
basically means: "Forget about this issue" - There are so many other
issues that it is very unlikely that anyone will have a look at resolved
issues.

(And as I wrote: a new issue that only focuses on the reported problem
was requested. Keeping the messy one doesn't make sense)
