Hi, for an unknown reason OOo hasn't opened the port for uno-communication as it was told so, I think...
Please try the following: close OOo disable and close the quickstarter look into the taskmanager and make sure no soffice.exe is running then start OOo the following way from a DOS shell: c: cd Program Files\OpenOffice.org 1.9.122\program\ soffice.exe -accept=socket,host=localhost,port=12480;urp then run the test again and tell me the result .... I don't think so, but just to make sure: Do you use a firewall? (-> open port 12480 for tcp) And I think the TestTool application that ships with the installation has no errors in that area, but to be sure if it still doesn't work, you may use the testtool from:
http://qa.openoffice.org/qatesttool/src680/tt_680m50_windows.zip
If it still doesn't help, which Win OS are you using? win95 ? (Then I have to search for a machine and will try it out...) cheers thorsten Kazunari Hirano wrote:
Hi, Should I update something from m91s1 to m122 by cvs?
No, this problem is independant from the version; The files in the tar ball are ok for an 680m122 and are tagged for that version; The HID.LST version doesn't indicate the version of the scripts, just the version of itself, and it may be older, since it doesn't change that often.
http://qa.openoffice.org/qatesttool/src680/tt_env_OOo_2.0.0.tar.gz I used this environment, 1.9.m122 and the testtool shipped with the m122 installation set. I tried "first.bas." and got the following: ------------------------------------------------------ Program start: 2005/08/24; 15:47:35 reading files..... -------------------------------------- Information about the test environment -------------------------------------- ** Build number : 680m122(Build:8941) ** Build type : MASTER ** HID.LST based on milestone : 680m91s1 ** Path of network installation : C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 1.9.122\ ** Path of workstation : C:\WINDOWS\Profiles\hirano\Application Data\OpenOffice.org2\ ** Started application : C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 1.9.122\program\soffice.exe ** Office language : 81 (Japanese / ja) ** System language : 81 (Japanese) ** Testing Platform : Win95 Error outside of test case.
