regarding your issue 53691 about 1.1.5 TestTool:
Does it crash on trying to start testtool.exe, or
later when you try to run a test.
Is it installed in a path with japanese characters?
Are you able to switch your win98 to an english locale and run
it there.
Unfortunately I can't reproduce it on my english win98 SE right now :-(
