Hi Peter,
klick onto A3, press the left mouse button and once hover over A4 and go
back to A3. Now A3 is marked and selected and it can be moved via
drag&drop. The selection handle which is known by Excel isn't needed
here as you can move every marked cell/cell range at every point of the
cell/cell range.
