As an outcome of the discussion in the "Classification of regression issues" thread [1], I added "release_blocker" to the keyword list [2].
This keyword is intended to be used as one measure for the readiness of a release: as long as there is at least one non-RESOLVED issue with this keyword, we cannot do the next release.
