[qa-dev] IZ - Handling duplicates of closed duplicates?

Hello everybody.

I have encountered an issue 42295, which is closed as duplicate of
39794.
39794 itself is closed as duplicate of 33668.

Would it upset people much, if I reopen 42295 and close it as dup of
33668?
What if I do this for several issues (of the topic - make toolbars
right-clickable)?
