It's not up to me to decide here, so I won't answer. However it will
ensure of the quality of the release you'll deliver to your users. Also
the bug you'll find for your language may help others.

Each test could take from 10 to 20 mn. But it will take a little more if
you have never done them (time to read them carefully, build the example
documents, etc.) Also it depends on how many scenarios you're running
and how many people you get in your team.
So it's not easy to say something precise. I would say, if you're not
under user's pressure to release: take your time... make your tests
whatever the time it will takes, quality is the most important :)
