Hi,

Is the TCM process compulsory for getting an l10n release for version
2.3? And how much time is it expected to take, in terms of
people-hours? I am the team leader for the Kinyarwanda (rw) team, which
is a new language and has never been TCM tested before.

Regards,
Steve.
