Report Designer (or Report Builder?). Has it's own menus, toolbars and several new windows (should be checked for consistency).
As I'm not sure, if the most recent Report Designer extension can be installed in the CWS-Builds (it cannot be installed in ooo-dev builds), I put a slightly changed version here: ftp://ftp.ooodev.org/pub/qa/ooo-dev_reportdesign.oxt
This is the most recent extension (v 0.5.0) but has no information about a required OOo-Build. (The original one canot be installed on *OOo-Dev* builds, because it requires *OpenOffice.org* 2.3)
