after Feature Freeze with build m238/m239 I created the feature and
enhancement list for OOo 2.4. All feature with UI changes and
functionality changes are listed. Please feel free to take this list to
check where you can find new translations or to check the new functionality.

The list is very big and very technical. Round about 50 Child Work
Spaces (CWS) with 50 feature and 150 enhancements were integrated. This
is more than in the last feature releases 2.3.
