+1. I do not think that removing his account will be efficient because
it is easy to create another one with another email and to fill another
issue with the same contents.
I think the most important thing is to avoid the spread of spam and
insults to other issues.
Indeed. Don't forget that the only person that really gets dirty with
this, is the one writing it.
