This is the ability for the client to reorder messages in its prefetch queue based on message priority. It's not the same as server-side priority queues, although obviously it is a complimentary feature.
I really just suggested this to help fill out the matrix as an example of a feature that is entirely client related and independent of both the protocol and broker.
I guess automatic encode/decode of map messages would be another one in this category.
