I added a new page to the wiki's Developer Pages section about AMQP Distributed Transaction Classes (C++). It is a first shot at laying out the pieces of the C++ broker involved in managing distributed transactions. This is the broker proper, not the store module(s), but describes where the store calls in for recovery.
There's one question in the page that would be great for someone with more experience here to answer. Also, any refinements, additions, corrections, etc. are very welcome.
