* I used a 400 error code in the case of "unauthorized_client" as this error
would represent a misconfiguration of Qpid (or maybe the authentication
endpoint). There is nothing the user can reasonable do, apart from call their
support. I want to keep it separate from "access_denied" for which I used 403.
In this case, it is the user who has chosen not to give Qpid access.
