Hi @vyommani, thank you for rerunning CI. Unfortunately, plugins-download-archives hit the 90-minute timeout again. This time, the Hadoop download reached only 29% (299 of 1,016 MB), averaging about 58 KB/s from archive.apache.org. The cache was not found, and the cache-save step was skipped after cancellation, so another rerun would likely start downloading from scratch. build-17 and services-docker-build remain successful. The remaining plugin checks are blocked by the download timeout. Could you please advise how to proceed?
