Hi Om, (again talking from my no experience in the process), can this be the problem that make RMs fail on the process? From the external point of a viewer, this seems more related to scripting/manual issues. Normally Maven steps are hard to get working, but once you got it, use to work for all people. It seems to me like a more "industrial" process that should ensure independence of platform and custom configurations.
