I always launch this statement to compile:
mvn clean install -Droyalelib=${env:ROYALE_HOME} -DskipTests
By "clean" you mean the "clean" parameter of the compile statement?
I have just run "mvn clean" but everything remains the same.... did you mean
this?

Did you clean the project first ?
Try to delete the bin folder and compile again.
