Thanks, Andrew. It's worth mentioning that this is a step towards the Royale 
release. When build-tools is released I can move on to Royale.

I was asking about the build tools, since they have their own cadence of
release numbers. I will mention it in our next board report, just as an
indicator that there is more going on than the standard reporting
categories cover.

I think I will also create a README for that repo, as I believe that is
standard practice. That is where I would expect to find the answer to my
own question of who uses this.
