Josh, I created a Rya Jira ticket (rya-2) with the information needed to ask for creation of Apache accounts for the initial committers. The infra ticket I created earlier for that was closed by Infra, since the mentors have to request the accounts. I assigned you to the ticket, as I think you volunteered for it earlier.
