For Steve, I just committed an update to the asf-authorization-template
file (per http://www.apache.org/dev/pmc.html#SVNaccess). I also added
all of the mentors here.
Not sure if anything else needs to be done.

creation of Apache accounts for the initial committers. The infra
ticket I
created earlier for that was closed by Infra, since the mentors have to
request the accounts. I assigned you to the ticket, as I think you
volunteered for it earlier.
