So to be able to easily deploy and re-deploy development version without having
to change code or configuration files tracked on git do:
* Have the Cassandra Policy configurable (white list round robin for dev and
dc aware round robin for share dev/test/uat or prod).
* Only save on git .ini.default files which will be locally overriden (in the
case of local dev) by a .ini file not saved on git (thus not overriden when we
update the local dev version)
