"in this case I would consider the bug to be that the query ran for 82 seconds.
The solr queries should ideally all be sub-second but no more than 1 or 2
seconds. I thought we stopped using the {{INTERSECTS}} version of the solr
queries because we found they did not perform well and it wasn’t worth it"
