Previous releases involved testing the build images on existing deployments of
SDAP with their own ingested sets of data. We should build a set of tests
specifically for an SDAP instance stood up in the quickstart guide, including
downloading and ingesting more (& diverse) data, and then using that data to
evaluate a number of SDAP endpoints to ensure functionality.
