Fix For: 1.7.1
We don't support loading shapes with Z/M ordinates from Shapefiles for now, the
geometries will be null and a warning such as {{25/03/05 01:28:35 WARN
ShapefilePartitionReader: Shape type POLYLINEM is not supported, geometry value
will be null}} will be printed.
