I think we need to figure out the plan first. If we put the third party source into Apache repo, how do we do the source release? If we put the third part source into the source release kit, we need to update the source release License for it, as we have the bundled release of the third party dependencies. But if we exclude the source code when doing the source release, we had to explain the difference between the source release and git repo tag.
