I have fixed a number of JIRAs for the FUSE ESB 4.2 M2 release and have created
a ServiceMix patch
so that the changes get into ServiceMix and from there to the FUSE ESB 4.2 M2
release. The relevant
FUSE ESB Jiras are all related to the example readmes and are:

In addition, I updated the nmr, interceptors/exchange and interceptors/endpoint
example readmes to keep them inline with the other example readmes.
