Hi, I'd like you to take a look at this release vote by OpenWhisk. In particular, the call for a vote has a checklist that the reviewers are expected to look at.
The reviewers itemize which checklist items that they actually checked. This is a model for release votes in the podling community. Let's see if we can do the same here.
