Hi Rene, sounds like who ever you were talking to was mis-informed.
IBM Notes 9 and IBM Connections 4 are both using Shindig to provide an
implementation of OpenSocial.  For the most part, you can take any
OpenSocial gadget and render them in either of those containers.  If
